Single Knuckle Swab Mandrels (SKM)
The specially designed SKM swab mandrels by Texas Products WSD can be used to run any of our allrubber or wire type swab cups. SKM swab mandrels are available in sizes from 1 1/2″ thru 3 1/2″. The lower mandrels deep grooves provide a large external bypass for faster falling. Machined from one solid piece of bar stock the relentlessness of the joints prevents separation and disassembly in the well. Texas Products WSD swab mandrels are redefining the industry performance standards that was once set for this type of swabbing equipment.

Double Knuckle Swab Mandrels (DKM)
The DKM swab mandrel allows cups to be changed in just seconds To disassemble the mandrel is lifted 90° and the two sections of the joint are separated. The old cup can then be removed quickly and the new one slipped in place. There are no threads on the swab knuckles providing no threat of damage and galling. No tools are needed to change out the cups. Machined from one solid piece of bar stock, the DKM is tough, providing a large external bypass for fast falling, and uses the cup itself as a valve. As many mandrels and cups as desired may be run with the DKM. The upper mandrels joint provides reinforcement and preventing any type of spreading under load. While allowing the lower mandrel complete 360° swivel action. Designed with the swab hand in in, the DKM is the preferred swab mandrel of choice.

Casing Knuckle Swab Mandrel (CKM)
The CKM knuckle joint swab was designed for optimum field performance with rapid access to the swab cups. This three-piece swab mandrel has the heaviest payload of its class running 4 1/2″ cups. We offer a sleeve specifically designed for the CKM swab mandrel in order to run 5 1/2″ cups. The only threads are on the top sub thus eliminating rig down time to chase pipe threads familiar on other manufacture’s swabs.
